DTS operates 30,000 square feet of warehouse space. It is organized by rows of pallet rack and each customer has their own section. Furniture received by DTS will be stored for (2) weeks at no charge, provided DTS makes the delivery. After (2) weeks, or if DTS is not delivering the merchandise, storage charges begin and are billed on a monthly basis.
DTS receives freight for retail stores, interior designers, and residential clients. Along with receiving merchandise, we will also inspect it, upon request. Within (24) hours, customers whom we received (and inspected) items for will be called and faxed a Receiving Report, detailing the shipment information and anything that came up during inspection.
Need to ship furniture via FedEx or another Freight Carrier? DTS will crate and/or palletize the merchandise for safe transport and arrange pick up.
You can also send your large containers or trailers to DTS. We will unload and inventory your shipment before delivering or storing it at our facility.
